In a groundbreaking collaboration, inDrive, a global ride-hailing service, has teamed up with Kazakhstan’s pioneering online therapy platform, Sezim, to provide complimentary mental health consultations to its users. This initiative marks a significant shift as inDrive becomes the first company to extend such support to its customer base rather than just its employees.
Launched as Kazakhstan's first anonymous online psychotherapy service, Sezim boasts a network of over 80 mental health professionals. Each month, they conduct roughly 1,500 therapy sessions, offering crucial support to those in need. Starting this September, inDrive users involved in any incidents can reach out to the company’s support team to access free consultations through Sezim.
Traditionally, Sezim has partnered with large corporations to provide employee support, counting over 20 companies among its clients, such as Beeline and Bank CenterCredit. This new alliance with inDrive, however, expands its reach directly to consumers, reflecting a growing trend in corporate responsibility towards mental health.
inDrive, which operates in 888 cities across 48 countries, continues to expand its influence. The company's founder, Arsen Tomsky, has been recognized among Kazakhstan's wealthiest individuals, with a reported net worth of $850 million according to Forbes Kazakhstan. This partnership underscores inDrive’s commitment to prioritizing user well-being alongside its global business operations.
