The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has declared a new Ebola outbreak in Kasai Province, reporting 15 fatalities among 28 suspected cases since August 20. Health authorities are deploying contact tracing and vaccination campaigns to contain the deadly Ebola Zaire strain, last seen three years ago.
